The Club

The year 1990 was founded the Spanish Club of Ca Rater Mallorquí, known by the acronym CEPRAM. It brings together breeders, enthusiasts and hunters.

The Club has within its statutory functions, the following:

  • To promote farming and use of Ca Rater Mallorquí
  • Coordinate and improve the breed morphologically and functionally
  • Proceed to the request, organization and studbook management according to race
    with current regulations

The Club organizes concentrations of dogs even following a tradition as old as Club, such as Montuïri, since 1990. It is also present at fairs and hunting agricultural and livestock event in Majorca.

Currently, the census registered dogs of the breed the club is about a thousand copies.
Although many copies of which are outside the records, as in the source areas breeds.

However, the annual registration of puppies in the record is about 150 copies. Considerable amount, especially compared to other local breeds that enjoy official records much earlier.

In 2002 the spanish Club of Ca Rater Mallorquí another dimension to be officially  recognized as group of breeders of purebred dogs.
